Oath

My 1st attempt on designing my OC. His name is Oath. He is a pure human living in a planet called Zephyr, where half elfs live in a prosperous civilization.

He is more of a solo ist and wholesome person. However, as one of the planet's Watcher, he does not go easy on the faults that pass by his gaze from the citizen's side of observation.
